  18. to start the program if you have a black & white monitor attached to a 
  19. graphics display adapter.  Otherwise the program displays in color.

  21. 1.2  Turning Off the Mouse.  If your system has a Microsoft compatible 
  22. mouse, but you don't want to see the mouse cursor, type:
